With regards to the impact of COVID-19 and subsequent Pandemic please be aware that EFTEC team wishes to assure you that our international logistics and supply chain remains fully functional as follows:

  • Despite the difficulties this virus has imposed on the world in general EFTEC team is maintaining full operational all our existing supply chains globally and maintaining the integrity to our Customer base

  • We are maintaining our logistics supply chain with our freight forwarders and respective carriers, both air freight and land freight as applicable and our commercial partners, without any interruption to services globally

  • Due to the limitation of commercial flights, and potential re-routing in some cases, delivery times may be extended by 2 to 5 days.  Be assured we are doing our best endeavours to maintain as expeditious deliveries as possible

  • Our warehouse and storage facilities, located in the USA, England, Latvia and Russia are all fully operational 24 hours a day

  • The vast majority of our repair facilities/contractors are working normally and we are still in a position to provide full coverage at this time, however with increased lead time

  • Our AOG Desk is manned 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, during the period of the COVID-19 crisis and we are maintaining a fully integrated service with our staff available to handle your immediate requirements

  • With regards to Core-Unit returns and cargo pick-ups we would respectfully recommend that you clarify that operational hours are being maintained and verify if any changes or restrictions are in force at any specific sites which may affect the level of service.

For Critical delivers we recommend you use Priority Services as opposed to Standard Services.
